"Homer has been a game changer to troubleshooting of SIP issues and visibility within our network. Instead of having to setup per call wireshark captures we are able to instantly search for a problem call based on a multiple numbers of search options and generate a pcap file for customer review in a fraction of the time it used to take. Before homer if a customer was having a call issue we would have to set up a test call time, now we just search for the call and review it on the fly. Our NOC has been greatly empowered by Homer and find it helpful daily. While I am very impressed with the software product I can't speak highly enough of the Homer development team. They have been the most helpful and knowledge team I have ever worked with - regardless of open source/closed source model. The amount of support and assistance we have received from the Homer group has been above and beyond anything I would have imagined before. Can't endorse this Product and Team more."

"Before using Homer, pulling a SIP trace required adding logins for each employee to each device in the call path and then connecting to those devices. Something that should have only taken our technicians a minute to perform was taking 15-20 minutes per trace. Now a trace is as simple as logging into a single portal and clicking "Search". The Stats page gives a great 30,000ft overview of the traffic we are processing across our network, something that would take several minutes of pulling reports in the past. The ease of use and detailed search parameters has made Webhomer the most popular tool at our organization. Great job guys!"

"Homer appeared to us on a sunny summer day and revolutionized things on our network; What used to require either a large investment, or plenty of time using diverse tools to track down takes barely seconds with Homer, our escalation process and handling times improved, and gone is the stress. Initial setup is well documented and easily customizable (expecially when compared to other titanic projects - in size and price - delivering none of the features Homer has out of the box) capture is rock stable, and the Developers were so amazing we joined them and started contributing full-time to this fantastic project. 10/10"

"Our company offers hosted VoIP using IP PBX’s, SIP
Trunking and Dynamic Bandwidth using IAD’s. All these products rely on
SIP via our Acme Packet SBC’s. Homer allowed us to easily collect and search all SIP signaling in one
place. Prior to Homer we were running Wireshark and when a problem call was reported we had to parse through the PCAP files manually, a slow and
tedious process. With Homer we can easily locate calls, see the
call flow and save PCAPs as necessary. This tool has significantly
reduced the amount of time necessary to troubleshoot problems in our
environment.
The support I have received has been great.
Developers are quick to help with any issues and they are
constantly working to improve and add new functionality. I
highly recommend this product to anyone running SIP."

"We have had an excellent experience with Homer sip capture. Our company is currently using a real-time analyzer from Tektronix called Spectra2, but it can only view calls in real-time. While attending Cluecon in August 2011, I was listening to Alexandr Dubovikov's presentation of Homer SIP Capture, and I was very impressed and thought that I would be beneficial to our company to be able to track the history of sip traces. We found Homer to be very stable and extremely powerful."

"Our company works with Alcatel OXE central-4400, Alcatel's Unified Communications
and Microsoft (Lync Server 2010) developing integration between Alcatel products and SIP PBXs.
Before Homer, tcpdump and wireshark were the only tools we had to analyze and troubleshoot SIP flows. Since we started using Homer, our ability to work and locate problems has greatly improved. WebHomer is simple, intuitive yet feature rich with tools that are essential for researching components and details of a SIP call. I want to publicly congratulate the developers of this extremely useful software, Thank you!"
